Terms and Conditions
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Your booking is only considered a booking upon receipt of your deposit and completed Booking Form. Refunds may be available at our discretion, which is also subject to your space being filled or resold. An administration fee of £50 will be levied on all cancelled bookings.
Any bookings cancelled less than 16 weeks before the event, that cannot be resold, will be non-refundable, however Class Kits, information and online tutor support will be posted/offered to you after the event.
Additional hotel costs incurred by the delegate such as bar bills, room
service etc are the responsibility of the delegate and must be settled
upon checkout.
Please note that no alcohol is to be brought onto the premises.
GoGoGetaway Limited reserves the
right to amend class details, schedules and/or tutors if necessary due
to any issues out of our control.
Any advertisement containing an image, does not represent any actual products that will be used or layouts/classes taught.
Should the need arise for an event to be cancelled in its entirety then refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Should the need arise for a physical event to be cancelled but with the classes proceeding remotely (such as in the event of a pandemic), kits will be posted and no refunds will be due. In this situation, we will endeavour to negotiate with the venue to secure a refund for the accomodation element of the booking (where accomodation is applicable)
Returning a Booking Form and attending an event constitutes the granting of your permission to use any photograph, video, or other digital media featuring yourself in any publication, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

notify our current customers of any privacy policy changes through
e-mail or our website news update feature. Changes to policy becomes
immediately effective upon being posted in this site.
